How long does fulfillment usually take?

Preparation following authorization usually takes 1–2 business days, followed by estimated carrier transit of 4–6 business days after dispatch.

May I ask to return an unused item?

Yes. Qualifying new, unused non-defective products may be requested for return; eligible defective products and exchanges may also be requested within 30 days after delivery.

Which label should I use?

For an approved return, use the free prepaid label included in the package after receiving the confirmed return address. We do not charge a restocking fee.

What happens after a refund is approved?

We process and initiate the original-method credit within 10 days. Financial institutions control subsequent posting.
